Job Summary
Oversee all store operations, including production, sales, and human resources, while developing a team of customer-focused employees. Ensure products meet quality standards, maintain store sanitation and physical property, and direct sales efforts such as Hot Light times and fundraising. Achieve business plan objectives and profitability, handle customer complaints professionally, and promote safety consciousness. Serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors and maintain a high level of store cleanliness. Work all necessary schedules including holidays and weekends, with a requirement to work up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in QSR or retail environment in a management capacity
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school or GED
- Ability to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Exposure to internal and external environmental conditions
- Shop – fluctuating temperatures and noise levels
- Exposure to known allergens including but not limited to nuts
- Adherence to dress code policy applicable to role
