Job Summary
Club Manager needed to oversee gym operations and deliver an exceptional Judgement Free member experience while leading a staff of assistants, trainers, and custodians. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team; scheduling shifts; payroll processing; handling member inquiries, tours, sign-ups, and front desk duties; ensuring opening/closing readiness, facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment repairs; driving marketing promotions and managing expenditures and refunds; HR-related forms and liaison with Corporate Payroll; tracking weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics; providing backup support for absent employees; and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere under PFs values. Requirements include a satisfactory background check, CPR certification, high school diploma/GED, 18+ years old, and strong customer service, leadership, and problem-resolution skills.
