Job Summary
Lead daily HVAC operations across service and installation by scheduling technicians, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality workmanship and code compliance. Qualify and sign off on HVAC work, develop and mentor field personnel, and build relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers. Assist with hiring, support sales efforts through consultations, and help establish operational systems while partnering directly with ownership to drive business growth. Establish strong processes, recruit and develop team members, and position the business for long-term success in the Ann Arbor market.
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan Mechanical Contractor License
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- 8+ years of residential and light commercial HVAC experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and service operations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
