Job Summary
HRBP Operations (SNOC & CODE) role focused on Talent and Performance Management, Resourcing, Diversity and Inclusivity, and HR Operations. Responsible for creating a unified view of Talent in the Circle, driving succession pipelines, building a healthy Build-vs-Buy mix, enabling data-driven HR actions, onboarding frontline women, and strengthening Line Manager capability. Requires 8-10+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in HR processes including Payroll accuracy and SIP deployment; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Location: Hyderabad, India.
