Job Summary
Regional Head IoT sales leadership responsible for defining and executing a multi-year regional growth strategy for the IoT business in the assigned region, with full ownership of revenue and acquisition targets. Lead identification and execution of large-scale new use cases, manage a team of Business Development Managers, perform deep market analysis, and build high-level stakeholder relationships with C-level executives. Drive annual business planning, financial forecasting, and market segmentation to sustain growth. Requires 12–15 years of account management experience and a combination of Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees plus MBA. Strong strategic vision for IoT connectivity, hardware, and platform-as-a-service models is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and MBA from a reputed institution
- 12 to 15 years of account management experience
- Regional Head IoT leadership experience or equivalent strategic leadership experience
- Strong strategic planning and revenue accountability experience
- Experience in managing Business Development Managers (BDMs) and driving KPIs
- Deep domain knowledge in IoT connectivity, hardware, and platform-as-a-service models
- Ability to engage with C-level executives and key clients
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and MBA
