Job Summary
GM/HBC Manager in Spokane responsible for leading the GM/HBC department: provide customer service per policy, train/schedule/supervise GM/HBC clerks to optimize staffing, resolve customer problems with sales/service quality, maintain department cleanliness, replace stock, remove expired items daily, manage daily inventory and order supplies, enter orders into the store computer, monitor inter-office mail and company web updates, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires customer service skills, ability to interact with customers and coworkers, ability to work independently, follow instructions; prior clerk experience preferred. Supervises GM/HBC clerks; pay range described as starting at $24.21/hour with benefits. Work environment predominantly indoors with some outdoor time; safety-conscious role with standards and policies.
