Job Summary
Provide efficient and courteous service to customers while making, checking in, and stocking all GM/HBC orders and merchandise. Rotate out-of-date product, maintain proper inventory levels, and assist with price changes and shelf tag hanging. Supervise, train, and develop qualified associates while communicating daily with the store manager. Enforce safety policies, maintain a clean department and stockroom, and ensure accurate seasonal records and electronic credits are handled immediately. Work all deletes and replacement items as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands

- Grocery stocking experience
