Job Summary

General Manager Hartford leads a high-trust operations team across field technicians, project managers, warehouse, and office staff to drive performance in a P&L of $10M+ with annual compensation in the $130K–$150K base range plus bonus. Responsibilities include defining roles and accountability, building cross-functional collaboration, and delivering client satisfaction through effective project delivery and proposal execution. Key duties involve budgeting with finance and central ops, revenue forecasting, KPI reporting, and implementing structured scheduling, service operations, and warehouse coordination. Required Qualifications
