Job Summary
Oversee gym operations and lead a team of staff including assistants, member service reps, trainers, and custodians to deliver a welcoming, judgment-free member experience. Manage front desk activities (check-ins, new member sign-ups, tours), payroll processing, HR paperwork, scheduling, and staff development. Ensure safety, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and timely repairs, while coordinating marketing promotions and handling expenditures/refunds. Requires high school diploma/GED, CPR certification, and strong leadership, customer service, and problem-resolution skills.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older
