Seeking an experienced General Manager/COO in aerospace manufacturing, with leadership experience and a track record in operations and administration.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing
- Proven track record overseeing operations and administrative functions
- Strong knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 9001, ITAR
- Business acumen with experience in financial management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on leader who engages both the shop floor and the executive office
- Customer-focused and able to build strong external relationships
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Six Sigma certification preferred
