Role focuses on revenue growth for the Karnataka cluster, with responsibilities including achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets; driving gross and net order bookings across product segments; increasing market share through cross-selling; scaling mobility solutions; deploying IoT connectivity and asset tracking; expanding Fixed Line Services (MPLS, SD-WAN, SIP Trunk, Cloud Telephony); introducing cloud, security, and SaaS to SMEs; managing channel partnerships and coaching internal sales teams; and planning infrastructure to support fiber/4G/5G rollout and market expansion. Candidate should hold an MBA or postgraduate management degree with 12–15 years in B2B/enterprise sales and 5+ years in regional leadership; possess deep knowledge of the Karnataka SME market, experience managing multi-tier channel networks, and strong financial acumen to manage partner ROI and cluster P&L.
