Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager responsible for overseeing operations at the North Las Vegas Carl’s Jr. location, driving sales growth while upholding QSC standards (quality, service, cleanliness) and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, scheduling to meet guest flow, coaching and disciplining team members, conducting team meetings, handling HR issues, managing payroll and labor costs, controlling inventories, maintaining regulatory compliance, ensuring sanitation and safety, and supporting district leadership. Strong emphasis on leadership, customer service, operational efficiency, cost control, and a proactive approach to staff development and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous quick service experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Strong conflict-resolution skills
- Solid organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent personnel development skills
- Ability to balance hands-on work with effective delegation
- Available to work all shifts and weekends
- Good references
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Must lead a team and drive QSC standards
