Job Summary
General Merchandise Expert at Target responsible for leading GM areas to ensure on-floor product availability, accurate pricing/signage, and organized backrooms. Duties include greeting guests, assisting with product needs, knowledge of tools and services, executing planograms and pricing changes, supporting inbound/outbound and RFID inventory processes, backroom organization, backstock replenishment, order receipt processing, and assisting non-GM areas as needed. Must be able to handle cash operations, climb ladders, and work safely; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; focus on guest experience, efficiency, and adherence to safety and compliance policies.

- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
