Job Summary
Lead AES Restaurant Group’s restaurant as General Manager by creating a positive work environment and dining experience, coaching and developing the team, hiring and staffing, and using AES systems to drive accurate projections, scheduling, and financial results. Responsibilities include ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction, implementing restaurant controls (cash and inventory), achieving goals for service, operations, and profitability, and maintaining compliance with government regulations and food safety policies while managing food and labor costs. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, accountability, operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
