Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations as the General Manager, directing guest experience, team development, and day-to-day management. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling, using AES systems to drive accurate projections and schedules, implementing cash and inventory controls, achieving service and financial goals, ensuring compliance with government regulations and food safety standards, managing food and labor costs, and maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction and workplace safety.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
