Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager responsible for delivering a positive guest experience and a high-performance team culture. Lead hiring, training, coaching, and development; use AES systems to run restaurant operations with accurate projections and schedules; implement controls for cash and inventory; set and achieve goals across service, operations, and financial results. Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and a focus on customer satisfaction while overseeing food safety, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day restaurant management; requires ownership of P&L, cost control, staffing, and team engagement. Eligible candidates should excel in communication, delegation, and coaching within a fast-paced environment and hold or pursue ServSafe certification; requires a reliable vehicle and ability to work varied shifts including full-time and part-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
