Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager responsible for creating a positive work environment and dining experience. Lead, coach, and develop team members; hire and train staff; ensure operations run smoothly using AES systems with accurate projections and schedules; implement cash and inventory controls; drive restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results including P&L management and cost controls; ensure compliance with government regulations, food safety, policies, and cash handling. Focus on guest satisfaction, leadership, communication, and team development to achieve high standards of integrity and customer service. Skills include staffing, coaching, leadership, operations management, budgeting and cost control, safety, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
