Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager responsible for delivering a positive guest dining experience and a development-focused leadership environment. Lead, coach, and mentor the team; hire and train staff; utilize AES systems for accurate projections and scheduling; implement restaurant controls including cash management and inventory; set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results; drive performance across operations, profitability, guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance with government regulations and food safety policies. Requires guiding team in high-standard service, strong communication, and ownership of P&L and operating metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
