Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and leading a restaurant team. Key duties include hiring, training and coaching staff; ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction; operating with strong control of cash handling, inventory, and costs; utilizing AES Systems for accurate projections and scheduling; implementing and monitoring restaurant controls; and setting and meeting goals for service, operations, and financial performance. Must maintain compliance with government regulations and food safety standards, coach and develop the team, and drive overall performance in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
