Job Summary
Lead AES Restaurant Group’s restaurant operations as General Manager. Drive guest satisfaction and a positive team environment while coaching, mentoring, and developing staff. Oversee hiring and staffing, use AES systems to manage projections and scheduling, implement cash and inventory controls, and pursue restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results. Key focus areas include achieving strong guest service, managing P&L, controlling food and labor costs, ensuring food safety and compliance, and maintaining high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
