Job Summary
Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests while managing restaurant operations across 344 locations. Hire, train, and coach the team, utilizing AES Systems for accurate projections and scheduling. Implement controls for cash and inventory, then set and meet goals for service, operations, and financial results. Meet positive food and labor variances and take appropriate action to improve results. Maintain workplace safety and follow all government regulations, employment law, and food safety policies. Full-time role with competitive bonus program; requires ServSafe certification, valid driver's license, and ability to work in varying temperatures.
