Job Summary
Operate the spreader or hot press, handle material, perform quality checks, and conduct clean-up within the Gluing Department. Follow written and verbal job instructions while providing feedback and applying critical thinking to ensure panels meet quality specifications. This 3rd shift role requires lifting a minimum of 65 pounds on average. Candidates must be able to rotate through various job duties within the department.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in various jobs which can include rotating to different job duties within the Gluing Department
- Ability to operate the spreader or hot press
- Ability to handle material
- Ability to perform quality checks
- Ability to perform clean up
- Ability to perform other similar manufacturing activities
- Ability to follow written and verbal job instructions
- Ability to provide feedback
- Ability to apply critical thinking
- Ability to meet quality specifications
- Ability to lift on average a minimum of 65 pounds
