Job Summary
Operate and supervise the gluing line to produce high-quality folding cartons. Responsibilities include preparing jobs, line clearance, locating job tickets, completing make-readies and in-process adjustments on glue machines, validating first article inspections, running and supervising feeding, packing, and carton handling, monitoring carton quality and batch counts, completing job orders, assisting with setup and labeling of cases, performing operator-level maintenance and basic repairs, completing preventative maintenance and required documentation, maintaining housekeeping and adhering to safety rules, and providing daily feedback to supervision on shift activities. Requires high school diploma and 3-5+ years in a manufacturing folding carton environment; experience with gluing machines, glue extrusion units, case packers, and coatings (foil, UV, aqueous) is required. Proficient in math, writing, and computer skills.
Required Qualifications

- Experience setting up and operating gluing machines (side seam, auto bottom, reverse fold, window cartons)
- Experience with glue extrusion units, case packers and performing operator level maintenance
