Job Summary
Operate glue assembly equipment with a high degree of safety, ensuring proper adhesive flow, volume, and substrate targeting while minimizing overspray. Assemble only ordered parts per cut sheets, maintaining high quality and complete labeling on all components. Deliver scheduled work on time to the next workstation, maximize material yield, and maintain a clean, clutter-free work area with daily equipment maintenance. Requires previous glue assembly experience, ability to lift up to 25+ lbs, and specific vision and math skills. Shifts run 5:00am-2:30pm at $15/hr or 4:00pm-2:30am at $16/hr. Holiday pay, vacation pay, health insurance, 401K, and a chance to win a brand-new car are included.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Glue Assembly experience
- Good attendance and job longevity
- Ability to lift and or move up to 25+lbs. throughout the entire shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and stoop
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle and feel
- Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
- Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions
- Must be able to read numbers and compute basic math calculations
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Basic organizational skills
