Job Summary
Seasonal on-call Events Cook responsible for food preparation, maintaining safety/quality and assisting in all Food & Beverage tasks. Duties include opening/closing duties, setting up/breaking down work areas, taking orders and processing payments via POS, communicating dietary needs, preparing food and beverages (including alcohol), portioning ingredients, following recipes and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness of kiosks and prep areas, assisting with guest inquiries, and supporting the culinary team. Requires strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, knowledge of menu development, basic computer skills, and ability to work in varied environments and temperatures. Education: high school or equivalent; experience: 1-3 years in culinary roles; Licenses: Food Handler’s as required by state; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
Required Qualifications
