Job Summary
Oversees the planning, review, implementation, revisions and delivery of human resource activities and procedures; supervises, delegates, and participates in employment, salary schedule and placement, policy interpretation, performance management and employee relations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in an area that involves human resource tasks/responsibilities
- Familiar with District and/or public education organization, operation, policies
- Knowledge of State and Federal laws, statutes, rules, codes and regulations governing Human Resources
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, and laws and regulations relating to Equal Employment
