Job Summary
Assist with implementation project phases including Excel data validation, imports, testing, and dual maintenance to ensure milestones are met within designated time frames and budgets. Manage day-to-day project activities, deliverables, and timelines while clearly communicating expectations with ADP, clients, and third-party vendors. Complete and deliver weekly project summaries to both the client and manager, tracking hours to maintain an average of 35-38 billable hours per week. This full-time virtual role supports clients in maximizing HCM solutions' ROI through tailored cost-containment consulting services.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- 3+ years of proven working experience with a variety of ADP products (WFN, Lyric, or other ADP enterprise product) in an HR capacity
- Expertise with Microsoft Office
- Expertise with other HCM systems
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Facilitation skills
- Ability to travel to client sites if requested, which may include overnight stays
