Job Summary
Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of a global workplace performance framework (KPIs, SLAs, dashboards) and executive reporting; establish and manage financial controls for budgeting, procurement, and vendor management; oversee OpEx/CapEx planning and forecasting; lead selection and optimization of critical tools/systems (IWMS, ticketing, financial tracking); drive AI integration and automation; coordinate training and change management; provide advanced BI-driven insights and strategic narratives for leadership; manage a portfolio of projects with emphasis on quality outcomes; requires degree-level knowledge in Business, Finance, or Operations (Master's degree preferred) and strong experience in enterprise systems, financial controls, and performance measurement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-level knowledge in Business, Finance, or Operations, or equivalent combination of professional certifications and practical experience
- Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, FM/Workplace certification) is a plus
- Experience designing and implementing financial control frameworks and performance measurement systems
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced spreadsheet modeling
- Experience implementing enterprise-level systems (ERP, IWMS)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a high-growth technology company is desirable
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) is beneficial
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage change
