Job Summary
Develop and implement innovative global workplace strategies that align with organizational goals while enhancing the employee experience across the portfolio. Evaluate occupancy and business data to autonomously set capacity recommendations and translate local footprint data into actionable spatial strategies. Lead user workshops to capture functional requirements, define workplace optimization, and drive continuous improvement of global standards and toolkits. Provide strategic guidance on local change engagement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth transitions and high adoption of new workplace behaviors.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent) in Real Estate, Architecture, Design, Workplace Strategy, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience with a proven track record in developing and executing workplace strategies, driving spatial analytics, and successfully delivering complex strategic projects
- in-depth specialist knowledge in workplace change management
- proven track record of leading complex transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives
- excellent analytical and quantitative skills required to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and translate complex information into strategic recommendations
- outstanding communicator and natural problem solver
- ability to creatively negotiate workplace topics with local users
- skilled in engaging and leading executive discussions to drive decision-making
- highly results-oriented, business-driven, and organized with strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
