Job Summary
Global Workplace Project Manager responsible for end-to-end execution of workplace projects in Germany, coordinating budgets, schedules, and compliance with health and safety and building regulations. Drive feasibility studies, planning, budgeting, and scheduling with Senior Project Managers; manage budgets, timelines, and risks; coordinate communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and consultants; travel to project locations to oversee milestones and ensure delivery standards; contribute to process improvements and support cross-functional teams across international locations. Requires hands-on construction/workplace delivery experience, strong coordination and documentation abilities, fluency in English and German, and proficiency with CAD, Miro, Excel, and standard office software. Flexible work location with opportunities for remote work and in-office collaboration, plus travel for site inspections and handovers.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in construction or workplace project delivery
- Strong understanding of technical coordination, documentation, and implementation
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and structured problem-solving approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and German proficiency, particularly within the construction sector
- Proficiency in office software, project planning tools, timelines, Miro, Excel, and CAD
