Global Workplace Manager

Job Summary
Develop and drive Marktlink's international Workplace & Facilities strategy, including standards, HS&E, and compliance. Translate brand identity and growth ambitions into workplace concepts that strengthen the employee experience across Europe. Lead international projects such as office openings, relocations, renovations, and optimisations while overseeing facility operations to ensure quality and consistency. Coach the Workplace team, build partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and manage budgets, contracts, and performance. Balance strategic priorities with operational excellence while maintaining flexibility and entrepreneurial elements. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Workplace, Facilities or Real Estate Management within an international organisation
- Experience developing and implementing workplace strategies
