Job Summary
Regional Quality Associate role within Global Workforce Screening to conduct quality reviews of screening processes, analyze quality data, identify root causes, mentor production staff, ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory standards, and collaborate with leadership to drive improvements. Responsibilities include executing quality management for screening functions, analyzing complex cases for eligibility decisions, managing SLA-driven case queues, reporting metrics, and maintaining accurate quality records.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience in banking or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards
- Certification in quality control (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
- Ability to implement quality control to ensure processes meet established standards & specification
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulation, policies and procedure. Stay up-to-date with all related changes.
- Understand systems and various Screening workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, intermediate Excel skills
