Job Summary
Global Wholesale Partner Support Agent is a remote, winter seasonal entry-level customer-service role within our call center, focusing on assisting partners with modifications, cancellations, and questions via the Partner Portal and email/tickets. Responsibilities include guiding partners/tour operators on online booking portals (VRPP), replying to partner/internal emails, booking/modifying/cancelling bookings with accuracy, initial problem resolution for partner/TO complaints, providing feedback to Sales Managers, coordinating with multiple departments to resolve issues, conducting audits, and participating in ad hoc projects. Requires a High School diploma, strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work weekends/holidays, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; hospitality experience and familiarity with related software are preferred. The role supports remote work within the US and Canada (British Columbia, DC, and 16 US states currently operating), is seasonal (Winter 2026/2027), and pays $20.00-$22.19 per hour with a total compensation structure described for full-time roles. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent – required
- Previous hospitality experience – preferred
- English - required
- Must be customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills – required
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy - required
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed – required
- Microsoft Office - required
- Familiarity with Vail Resorts family of destinations - preferred
- Experience with hospitality software such as Revinate, AWS, Guest Connect, Inntopia, MS products, - preferred but not required
- A positive and professional attitude is essential for this position
- Enthusiasm for the travel industry is a plus
- Able to work on a computer and phones performing repetitive tasks for long periods of time throughout the day – required
