Job Summary
Global Wellness Manager for Belmond responsible for translating the Wellness Vision into operational reality across hotels, trains, safaris and boats; develops processes, frameworks, tools and best practices; collaborates with Property Business Leaders; trains employees; researches wellness innovations; develops partnerships; monitors performance; leads market studies for new locations and oversees pre-opening Wellness activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in wellness, ideally within luxury hospitality, with exposure to international markets.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing successful wellness initiatives.
- Strong project management capability, with solid brand, marketing, and advanced analytical skills, including Excel.
- Genuine passion for wellness, combined with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on enhancing guest experience and driving growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
