Job Summary
Global VP & GM, Partner Ecosystem leads Ping Identity's technology partnership strategy and execution, building a durable, partner-led growth engine with software vendors, cloud providers, and system integrators. Responsibilities include defining and refining the global partner roadmap, ecosystem orchestration with high-value alliances, embedding partners into cross-functional GTM motions (co-selling, co-building, co-delivering), mentoring a global partnerships team, leading complex multi-year negotiations, driving joint solutions for interoperability, owning partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue with KPIs, and serving as a thought leader at industry events to position Ping Identity as the partner of choice in IAM. Requirements include a minimum of 15 years in business development or technology partnerships with 3–5 years in a high-level leadership role, deep knowledge of cybersecurity/IAM/SaaS, a builder mindset, strong commercial acumen, excellent C-suite relationship management, operational rigor, and a track record of leading global teams. Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred attributes include experience with major cloud platforms, partner-led revenue, PRM tools, and Salesforce-driven ecosystems. Base compensation range is $225,000–$275,000 plus variable pay; Colorado compensation details are specified.
