Job Summary
Conduct high-energy outbound conversations with individual customers in the UK and Australia, qualifying leads by understanding their lifestyle and needs. Represent Climax BPM as a brand ambassador, navigating objections with logic, empathy, and wit while maintaining accurate CRM records to meet and exceed conversion targets. This role requires native-level English fluency and a neutral/global accent for genuine, non-scripted interactions. Candidates must be comfortable talking to strangers and adapting their tone instantly to customer moods. Shift timings are Monday to Friday: UK Shift runs 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, while AUS Shift runs 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST. Salary ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹22,000 CTC plus performance bonuses. We welcome freshers with the energy to learn or experienced hustlers with up to one year in international voice or B2C calling.
