Job Summary

Drive the execution of new product initiatives for the Advanced Wound Care Restorative Healing Technologies franchise, owning innovation and marketing strategy from concept through commercialization. Shape target product profiles, value propositions, and business cases that are financially rigorous and evidence-based, while integrating clinical insights to ensure concepts reflect patient outcomes and medical need. Lead market opportunity analyses, including competitive assessments and unmet need identification, to prioritize geographic launch markets based on commercial potential and regulatory readiness. Build robust business cases with revenue projections and pricing strategies, partnering with Finance to model scenarios and assess financial impacts. Serve as the primary marketing liaison on the new product core team, aligning inputs with cross-functional plans and ensuring stage-gate readiness with the PMO. Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to validate clinical feasibility and safety, while coordinating with Supply Chain to assess cost-of-goods and global launch readiness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited University
  • Five (5) years of progressive experience in upstream and downstream product marketing in MedTech, healthcare, wound care, or related FDA-regulated healthcare markets
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management
  • Strong financial and business case acumen, including revenue modeling, NPV analyses, and pricing strategies
  • Experience with stage-gate processes and tools, such as Accolade
  • Track record of collaborating cross-functionally to deliver actionable recommendations
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Economics, or related field)
  • Knowledge of the advanced wound care market, including regenerative tissue technology therapies
  • Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, high-accountability environment
