Job Summary
Global Travel & Expense (T&E) Audit Team Lead responsible for leading a high-performance audit team, optimizing the T&E audit process, ensuring compliance and governance, and delivering data-driven insights. The role emphasizes risk-based auditing, automation, performance against SLAs, and collaboration with Global Assurance & Compliance to escalate suspected fraud or policy breaches. Requires a degree in finance/accounting/business, proven leadership, knowledge of T&E processes, project management, and familiarity with Concur, SAP, and Oversight as part of a global shared services environment. Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for partnering across time zones and driving continuous improvement and standardization.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, or an equivalent professional qualification
- Proven team leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of T&E processes and compliance-related policies
- Demonstrated project management capability
- Experience with digital and automation initiatives
- Knowledge of Concur, SAP, and Oversight
- Working experience in a shared service center within a global or large organization
- Strong ability to resolve issues partnering with the service provider to implement change as required
- Able to communicate at all levels and drive a change agenda through strong communication and stakeholder management to deliver measurable benefits
- Comfortable working across global time zones and cultures
