Job Summary
Global Transparency Manager responsible for the end-to-end operation of OUS (Outside US) transparency reporting across affiliates, aligning with local and global standards. Lead implementation and optimization of technology platforms for HCP/HCO data collection, validation, and reporting; coach and manage a high-performing operational team; act as liaison to affiliates and global partners to resolve escalations; monitor KPIs to drive process improvements; champion automation and innovative practices in operations and technology; develop and deliver operational training for compliance and efficiency; collaborate with IT, Compliance, and business functions to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory needs; ensure robust governance and documentation of processes and controls; represent OUS Transparency Operations in external benchmarking; travel approximately 5-10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 4-6 years in Corporate Compliance within pharmaceutical or life sciences
- 1 to 3 years of experience in compliance or HCP/HCO disclosure
- Experience with analytics tools and systems
- Leadership, organization, analytics, project management and team building skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and technical skills in English
- Knowledge of MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook
