Job Summary
Lead 3-5 concurrent transformation initiatives across our revenue cycle outsourcing organization, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence. Partner with Operations, Technology, Sales, Client Success, Finance, and India teams to define scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance; translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with milestones and accountability. Drive initiatives from conception through implementation and post-launch optimization, including process redesigns, technology implementations, and organizational restructuring. Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and change management strategies; support operators in creating standard operating procedures and maintain rigorous project documentation. Monitor KPI tracking, dashboards, productivity metrics, SLA adherence, and turnaround time; identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies across cross-functional workstreams. Lead change management efforts, communicate with stakeholders from C-suite to frontline teams, and build organizational buy-in by clearly demonstrating value.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Strong organizational skills
