Job Summary
Global Trainee role in Maintenance Engineering focusing on developing maintenance plans, overseeing execution of maintenance activities, ensuring availability of materials and spare parts, participating in homologation of supplies, preparing spare parts budgets, analyzing machine performance to propose improvements, maintaining the maintenance information system, identifying energy-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with HSE procedures. Program includes technical and managerial training, job rotations, on-the-job training, and opportunities to learn from experts. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Automation Engineering; maximum age 28; English proficiency; professional experience not exceeding two years; proactive and flexible mindset. Apprenticeship contract; diverse and international environment at Tenaris.
