Global Trade Processor Senior

Job Summary
Receive and review customer Purchase Orders, create Sales Orders in SAP, and generate Order Confirmations while verifying payment terms, Incoterms, and pricing accuracy. Coordinate with plants for Shipping Letters of Instruction and liaise with forwarders to obtain ocean freight details, sailing schedules, and shipment status updates. Manage end-to-end export documentation including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and Insurance Certificates, ensuring accuracy before finalization. Prepare Proforma Invoices and coordinate with Bank of America for Letter of Credit issuance, handling discrepancies and submitting required document sets. Support pre-sales inquiries by checking pricing validity, estimating freight, and creating preliminary Sales Orders. Work closely with sales, plant, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution from PO receipt to document delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade
- Hands-on experience in SAP (SD module preferred)
- Good understanding of Incoterms and logistics processes
- Experience with Letter of Credit (LC) processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and compliance requirements
- Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems
- Location: Hyderabad India - Hybrid

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in export operations/customer service
- Experience in chemical/manufacturing industry (preferred)
