Job Summary
Develop and implement global HS classification governance frameworks to standardise product classification rules and ensure consistency between HS codes and import declarations. Lead the design and integration of the Trade Control Tower, defining KPIs for compliance accuracy and building dashboards to integrate trade data into the Supply Chain Control Tower ecosystem. Drive digitalisation of trade workflows by collaborating with IT teams to develop systems supporting automation and future AI-based classification tools. Conduct gap analyses across compliance and data workflows to strengthen operational discipline and standardise best practices across teams in 14 countries. Collaborate with regional trade, import, and compliance stakeholders to align on governance frameworks and support supply chain decision-making through trade insights.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HS classification, customs, import/export compliance, or tariff management
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation processes
- Background in process improvement, consulting, or data-driven operations
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience in process improvement or transformation projects
- Knowledge of ERP systems, trade systems, or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong stakeholder management across regional teams
- Ability to work in complex, multi-country environments
- Good understanding of data governance and operational reporting
