Job Summary
Export compliance leader responsible for an end-to-end program across US, Canada, and the Middle East/EMEA. Manages the Export Compliance Program and Supervises Trade Compliance Analysts, ensuring adherence to regulations ( denied party screening, anti-boycott and sanctions, AES, ECCN, marking and labeling, reporting, and training). Works with suppliers, internal teams, and government agencies to deliver accurate declarations to Customs, develops and updates policies and training, conducts audits, and collaborates with Logistics and Engineering to classify products (ECCN) and support IT logic for trade compliance. Drives cross-functional projects and maintains the compliance manual and related standard work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related area of study
- 7+ years of Global Trade Compliance experience
- Customs Broker License preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Microsoft Office skills with strong Excel and database skills
- Excellent leadership skills to create a culture of compliance
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
- Familiarity with Export Control a plus
