Global Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day import and export activities for Singapore and Southeast Asia locations, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations. Review and release export orders, including urgent and ad-hoc shipments, while maintaining and updating trade compliance SOPs to support operational excellence. Support import permit applications, export licensing requirements, and the administration of the Singapore Bulk Export License for strategic goods. Act as a trade compliance subject-matter expert for internal stakeholders, assisting with internal audits and compliance reviews. This role sits within the Legal Compliance Organization, providing strategic legal counsel to protect the company's integrity while advancing its global semiconductor manufacturing objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, or international business
- Strong knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia import/export regulations and Strategic Goods controls, including License applications
- SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) or similar automated trade compliance systems experience
- Familiarity with U.S. export and re‐export regulations
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Clear and confident communicator able to work cross‐functionally
- Self‐driven, organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Able to operate effectively in a fast‐paced, global, multi‐time‐zone environment
