Global Technology Initiative Portfolio & Operational Excellence Executive

The Global Technology (GT) Initiative Portfolio & Operational Excellence Executive is accountable for shaping, driving, and governing the $4B+ technology initiatives investment portfolio, including planning, prioritization, and portfolio health reporting. Leads end-to-end technology portfolio lifecycle, from multi-year planning through execution oversight, value realization, and executive narratives. Oversees Global Technology OpEx efforts and the activation of enterprise ideas within Technology, aligning grassroots innovation with transformation priorities and embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across a highly matrixed organization. Requires forward-thinking, flexible leadership capable of integrating business and technology perspectives, championing AI-led innovation, and translating portfolio insights into clear executive narratives.
