Job Summary
Provide second-line technical support for large motors and generators to the Motion Services front-end organization globally. Deliver troubleshooting advice for the LEAP life expectancy analysis program, resolving hardware/software issues and field test data quality problems. Support field service engineers with maintenance procedures for preventive programs and service tools including air gap inspection and vibration analysis. Analyze database information to identify patterns, write FAQs for common issues, and summarize field feedback for product management. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in relevant engineering preferably, electrical engineering
- 5-8 years of work experience in the high voltage diagnostic testing and independent handling of high voltage testing equipment
- You are at ease communicating in English
- ability to work in a global team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the construction of high voltage machines, maintenance procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Knowledge of insulation systems used in high voltage machines
