Job Summary
Provide first line technical support to PT participants via email regarding the PORTAL reporting system, submission results, and report interpretation. Support the Global Technical Manager in planning, coordinating, and maintaining PT round and shipping schedules. Assist with PT program setup, customer order management, and round configuration within IFS and PORTAL systems. Create and review technical documents, including instructions to participants, and review statistical analysis, expert commentary, and interpretive content for PT program reports. Maintain awareness of clinical laboratory technical developments to identify new proficiency products and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17043 requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
- ASCP certified or equivalent
