Job Summary
Lead comprehensive hard services programs for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, including HVAC systems, cleanroom environments, and critical utility systems to ensure 99.9%+ uptime for production operations. Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance strategies using risk-based methodologies to support GMP/GDP compliance and minimize unplanned downtime. Manage emergency response protocols for critical building system failures and oversee vendor management for specialized pharmaceutical facility services. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards (FDA, EMA, HPRA) through meticulous documentation and validation of building system performance. Lead annual budget planning and cost optimization initiatives, champion health & safety excellence via comprehensive risk assessments, and collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams. Manage capital improvement projects for building infrastructure upgrades and conduct regular facility condition assessments to develop long-term maintenance strategies.
