Global Technical Content Development Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and edit technical documentation, datasheets, application guides, whitepapers, sales enablement materials, and internal training content in partnership with Product Management. Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging, while working with regional teams to ensure global consistency and local market relevance. Manage the PR agency relationship by developing a pipeline of opportunities, coordinating approvals, and maintaining a centralized library of technical materials. Support product launches with coordinated content aligned to commercial strategies and ensure all communications adhere to brand voice and visual standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in technical content development, preferably in manufacturing, materials, automotive, or industrial sectors
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management tools
- Continuous sitting at desk
- Continuous computer work, keyboarding, computer mouse, and computer monitor
- Frequent carrying, pushing and pulling up to 25 lbs.
- Occasional standing and walking
- Rare climbing stairs, bending, and stooping
- Occasional domestic travel required
- Occasional travel by plane and car
- Personal Protective Equipment Requirements (PPE): safety shoes, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves, hearing protection, and other PPEs required by customers
